Conflict has been a constant state throughout human history. While there are periods of peace in different regions, there is always conflict occurring in some part of the globe at any given time. In this resource, we will be examining conflict spanning 2,253 years beginning with the Punic Wars and ending with the Rise and Fall of the Berlin Wall. We explore how conflict begins, is conducted, its impact on communities, the paths to peace, how conflict ends, the consequences and the legacy. We hope that through this resource, you will have a better understanding of the impact that conflict has around the world.
